歌手简介：Uncle Kracker


来自底特律的Uncle Kracker，自1987年认识Kid Rock于一个DJ比赛会场，因为在音乐的喜好上有着许多相似之处，从R&B、Soul、Hip-Hop、Rap、Country、Blues等多样曲风，都是他俩爱不释手，且广为涉猎的音乐元素，很快的两人便常腻在一起搞音乐。经过十余年的努力，Kid Rock终于在乐坛熬出头，并占有摇滚界一席之地，而多才多艺的Uncle Kracker也在2000年跳脱长久以来合作伙伴乐队Twisted Brown Trucker展开个人音乐事业。于Kid Rock自设厂牌Top Dog旗下发行的《Double Wide》首张专辑，不仅一举冲破双白金纪录，更在超强单曲《Follow Me》的推波助澜下让全球更多乐迷喜爱及认识Uncle Kracker。

　　在音乐上有Kid Rock的鼎力相助及外界把他的乐风归类在Rap-Rock、Rap-Metal的范畴中，但他其实并没有那么Metal，那么Rap，反而由Uncle Kracker极具个人特色的嗓音诠释下，取而代之的更多Soul、Country、Funky、Laid-Back等音乐元素深植其中。在第二张新碟《No Stranger To Shame》中，依然大量且明显地运用此风格饱满围绕于此辑里头。找来了合作愉快的伙伴Mike Bradford (Madnna、Kid Rock、Run DMC)共同制作，乐手部分Twisted Brown Trucker键盘手Jimmie Bones，吉他手Dean Parks(Steely Dan、Neil Diamond)，鼓手Russ Kunkel (Tracy Chapman、Bob Dylan)等皆是星光闪闪的巨星助阵。
