[size=4]★[color=magenta] How about ~?的意思是「~怎样？」如How about taking an overnight trip to Hsitou?「到溪头过一夜怎样？」How [/color][/size][size=4][color=magenta]about you? 「你怎样？」这句话也很常用。 "What about ~ ?" "What do you say to ~ing?"等也常用于表示提议。

★ Have you got ~? = Do you have ~?「你有~吗？」同样的，I have to do this today.也可以说成I've got to do this today.[/color][/size]

★ Why don't we ~?「我们何不~？」是用于提议的句式，而Why don't you ~?「你何不~？」则是向对方提议或是为对方[/color][/size][size=4][color=magenta]出主意的句式，类似的句式有好些个，如"Let's ~." "How about ~?" "What do you say to ~ing?"等。

★ No way!「免谈！」

★ treat「招待，请客」，如He treated us to dinner.「他招待我们用餐。」如: It's my treat today.「今天由我请客。」[/color][/size]
